To maintain a peaceful atmosphere for everyone, parties and large gatherings aren’t permitted. If you’re planning something special, please get in touch beforehand to discuss the details.

We love pets, but Cedars 42 is a pet-free home. Please arrange care for your furry friends before booking—thank you for understanding!
What are your house rules?
To keep Cedars 42 comfortable and secure, please follow these guidelines:
• Pets: Cedars 42 is strictly pet-free. Please make other arrangements for your furry companions.
• Occupancy: The maximum number of guests is 10 to ensure space and safety.
• Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in begins at 4 PM; check-out is by 11 AM. For early arrivals or late departures, contact us in advance. Kindly text us when you’re departing.
• No Illegal Activity: All local laws apply. Any unlawful behavior on the premises will lead to immediate termination of your stay.
• No Parties or Events: Cedars 42 is meant for relaxation. Large gatherings or events require prior approval.
• Commercial Use: No business activities without written consent. Reach out if you wish to discuss commercial bookings.
• Damage & Reporting: Accidents happen—please notify us immediately of any damage. Guests may be responsible for repair costs.
• Personal Belongings: Keep track of your valuables; we’re not responsible for items lost or left behind.
• Violations: Ignoring these rules may result in cancellation of your reservation without refund.

What is the booking process?
Book directly on our site for the best rates. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll send your access instructions and a digital guide. You can also find us on Airbnb and VRBO, but direct bookings always offer the lowest price.
Are corporate events allowed?
Cedars 42 is designed for private stays. Commercial events or business gatherings are not permitted without prior written consent. Please reach out if you’d like to inquire.
Do you offer any discounts?
Our rates reflect the premium experience at Cedars 42. Repeat guests who book directly can reach out for special offers—just mention your previous stay!
Is Cedars 42 a licensed short-term rental?
Yes—Cedars 42 is fully licensed and meets all HOA requirements and local regulations for short-term rentals.

Do you offer gear rental?
We don’t rent equipment on-site, but our guests love Christy Sports, Alpine Sports, and Pup’s Glide Shop—all just minutes away.
What is your cancellation policy?
- Full Refund: Cancel ≥30 days before check-in for 100% back.
- 50% Refund: Cancel 7–30 days before check-in for 50% back.
- No Refund: Cancel <7 days before check-in—no refund.
- 48-Hour Grace: Full refund if canceled within 48 hours of booking and ≥14 days before check-in.
