How much parking does Cedars 42 have?
Cedars 42 includes a two-car garage and one additional permitted outdoor parking spot (first-come, first-served). Outside parking requires a visible Cedars permit on your dashboard to avoid tickets.
Are parties allowed?
No. Parties and events are not permitted to preserve a quiet, residential experience for all guests and neighbors.
Do you allow pets?
Sorry, no pets. Our HOA does not permit animals of any kind inside the unit.
What are your house rules?
No pets, smoking, or parties. No ski gear or boots inside—store in the garage. Max occupancy is 10. Damage must be reported. Commercial use is not allowed without prior consent.
What is the process of booking?
Once you book, we’ll follow up with confirmation, access codes, and our digital welcome guide. Booking is completed via a secure platform.
Are commercial or corporate events allowed?
No. Our space is not suitable for commercial use or events unless explicitly approved in advance.
Do you offer any discounts?
Our rates are thoughtfully set to reflect the rare combination of location, design, and comfort Cedars 42 provides. As a true ski-in/ski-out townhome, steps from the Quicksilver lift and Main Street, Cedars 42 offers unmatched access to both adventure and convenience. Guests enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi, cozy fireplaces, luxury linens, and a kitchen stocked for real cooking—not just basics. We don’t run major discounts, but we do occasionally offer special rates for returning guests and direct bookings. Do you have an official license to operate as a short-term rental?
Yes, Cedars 42 is a legally licensed short-term rental property in compliance with HOA and local regulations.
Do you offer gear rental?
We don’t provide gear rental, but highly recommend Christy Sports, Alpine Sports, or Pup’s Glide Shop—all nearby and guest-approved.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation varies by platform. For direct bookings, we offer a flexible policy—full refund if canceled 14+ days before arrival.
